Transformational Leadership Coaching Services
Coaching is a professional, confidential and powerful alliance. As a leadership coach, I offer deep listening, encouragement, and guidance in transformational processes to increase the sustainability and effectiveness of your leadership. Our work together may touch on many levels, including psychological, spiritual, interpersonal, and organizational dynamics, as well as societal and cultural structures and expectations. My goal is to help you be the most inspirational, visionary, and successful leader you can be while living a healthy and balanced life (what I call a healthy “personal ecology”).
Coaching should not be used in lieu of professional medical advice, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or accounting assistance. As a coach, I do not make decisions or choices for you. The Details
- Coaching can be done either in person or by phone.
- Sessions are from 1 to 1 ½ hours long.
- The initial session is free, so we can meet and explore your goals and how coaching with me might help them.
- The frequency of our sessions may vary over time. I typically begin by meeting every 2 weeks, and adjust as desired.
- I am usually available for email or phone support in between scheduled sessions. Feel free to call if you are facing a “real time” situation where coaching would be useful.
- I request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- The benefits of leadership coaching increase over time, and ideally a coaching relationship lasts for 6-12 months or longer. Plan to have at least 3 additional sessions after the introductory one, and then we can evaluate how useful it is for you and whether you want to continue.
